Refund and Return Policy

1. Free Parcel Inspection Before Payment

All our customers have the right to open and inspect their package in the presence of the delivery courier before paying. If the product does not match your expectations, you may reject the parcel instantly with zero complications.

2. Return & Exchange Period

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Eligibility & Conditions

• Items must remain in their original received condition, completely unused, in original manufacturer packaging.
• All tags, labels, protective seals, and specialized packaging boxes must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation number must be provided.
• If the return/exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, Wega Rugs covers all return courier expenses.

4. How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number along with a clear photo or description of the product.
3. Our logistics team will arrange a courier pickup, and your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon inspection.
